Shipping is a flat $5.95, and completely free on all orders over $75. Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & guarantee
Use any device for up to 60 days. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund — no questions asked. It's our way of removing all the risk.
Head to our Returns page, enter your order number and email, and we'll email you a prepaid label right away.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.
Using your devices
Yes. Our LED devices are LED-only (no heat, no UV) and dermatologist-reviewed. Start with 3 sessions a week and build up gradually.
