How returns work

Enter your order number and email on the track-order page, or reply to your confirmation email.

Print your label
We'll email you a prepaid return label straight away — no printer? We can post one to you.

Pop it in the post
Send the device back in any packaging. Once it reaches us, your refund is on the way.

Get refunded
Refunds hit your original payment method within 3–5 business days of arrival.
What's eligible. Any device purchased directly from us within the last 60 days, in any condition — yes, even if you've used it. That's the whole point.
Hygiene items. For hygiene reasons, gel inserts and single-use accessories are non-returnable, but the devices they come with always are.
Faulty devices. If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
